What really matters at the end of life …

I had the honour of meeting and spending a good part of the day with BJ Miller a few weeks ago in Melbourne, a Palliative Care Physician formerly of the Zen Hospice Project in San Franciso. BJ has an incredible presence and humility that captivates his audience around the subject of how to create a dignified and graceful end of life for his patients   (and other than that he is just a seriously really nice guy, sorry to embarrass you BJ 😉

Watch his TED talk that has had over 4 million views …. At the end of our lives, what do we most wish for? For many, it’s simply comfort, respect, love.
